Directions and parking
Regions Hospital is in downtown Saint Paul, with easy access from all major highways. Whether you are driving or taking the light rail, getting to our location is easy from any direction. The Regions Hospital address is: 640 Jackson Street, St. Paul, MN 55101.
Directions to Regions Hospital
From the north
Take I-35E south and exit on University Avenue. Turn right on University Avenue. Turn left on Jackson Street.
From the west
Take I-94 east and exit at Marion Street. Turn left on Marion Street, then right on University Avenue and right on Jackson Street.
From the east
Take I-94 west and exit at 12th Street. Take an immediate right on Jackson Street.
From the south
Take I-35E north and exit on 11th Street. Turn left on Jackson Street. Or, take Highway 52 north to the I-94 west exit. Take I-94 and exit at 12th Street. Take an immediate right on Jackson Street.
By train
To get to Regions Hospital by train, take the
Regions Birth Center directions
Heading to the Regions Birth Center? Use the East Entrance off University Avenue or the Southeast Entrance off 12th Street to get to the Birth Center.
Parking options
We offer paid 24/7 covered parking in our on-site ramps.
South and west parking ramps and entrances
We generally recommend parking in the main south ramp. The south ramp is open 24/7 with access to Regions Hospital south entrance.
Park in the west ramp if you’re going to:
- Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare
- Capitol View Transitional Care Center
- Regions Hospital Heart Center
- Rehabilitation
The west ramp with access to Regions Hospital west entrance is open from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. After 5 p.m., it’s only open for Gillette patients.
The southeast ramp is reserved for Birth Center families only. It can be accessed from E. 12th Street or the east entrance off University Avenue.
Regions Hospital parking rates
Standard rates start at $3 for 0-30 minutes, with a max daily rate of $15
Patients and guests receive parking discounts. Bring your parking ticket with you into the hospital, and a staff member will stamp it.
- Multi-visit: Purchase your pass in the gift shop or parking office
- Valet: We’re working to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and protect our patients and communities. Valet parking is not currently available, but we’re able to help with access assistance.
- Weekend: $3 flat rate
- Lost ticket charge: $15
