HealthPartners members and patients call with a wide variety of questions. They call to ask about symptoms they’re experiencing and for health advice.
Some common calls are about abdominal pain, fever, bee stings, rashes, hives and tick bites. Parents call to ask about children’s fever, diarrhea and rash.
If you’re a current patient at a HealthPartners Clinic, we can help. Get advice and treatment for common conditions such as pink eye and bladder infections.
For prescription medicine refills, contact your pharmacist who will then contact your prescribing doctor.
Get the best advice on medicine from a pharmacist at your regular pharmacy.
For lab results, call your clinic during regular business hours. Urgent lab results will be communicated to you as soon as they’re ready. You may also be able to access test results online.
