Our physicians accept most health plans and insurance.

Be sure you know:

• What your health plan covers and who you can see.
• If your plan has a provider network and if the specific HealthPartners Clinic is a participant in your network. A clinic may accept your insurance card, but that does not guarantee that your plan covers care at this clinic.

If you are unsure of your benefits for the clinic you’ve selected, contact your health plan at the phone number on the back of your insurance card. Be sure to give the provider (example: doctor’s name) and clinic information when asking about your benefits.
