After completing a straightforward online assessment, you’ll receive expert guidance from our board-certified nurse practitioners on topics ranging from healthy habits to recommended screenings. Then, we’ll help you schedule any follow-up services at a time and location convenient to you. The online experience is available 24/7, and the assessment can be completed anywhere. After any follow-up labs or screenings, results are delivered right to you within your Hybrid Care dashboard (found within your HealthPartners/Virtuwell account).
